Need a hand on the pass? Write to expo@passburst.app and we aim to answer within two business days.
Before you write
- The coach will not answer. Check that AI sharing is on in Settings, that you allowed the consent ticket for this plate, and that you are online.
- Camera or microphone is blocked. Open iOS Settings › Passburst and enable Camera, Microphone or Speech Recognition.
- A plate still did not save. Allow Passburst to add photos in iOS Settings › Passburst › Photos.
- Reminders stopped. Turn reminders off and on again in Passburst Settings, and allow notifications in iOS Settings.
Deleting your data
Delete single dishes from the Dish Book, or delete the app to remove everything. We hold no copy on our side.
What to include
Your iPhone model, iOS version, Passburst version and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not attach photos of people.
